Our water tank had a leak and needed a replacement. I called E town and Moe came after 15 minutes. Checked everything that needs to be done. And finished the removal of 2 old tanks and the installation of the new one in less than 3 hrs. Moe is such an awesome guy. I highly recommend Etown for your plumbing concerns. Excellent job done.

Super responsive and quick! Our hot water tank blew out and we called E-town at 10 PM, only rang twice before he answered. We explained our issue and he was at our home the next morning at 9 AM. Everything was fixed by 1 PM including him going to buy the new tank. Pricing is very reasonable especially for being the weekend. Had no problem explaining what he was doing and why. Will definitely use E-town again for any issues we may have in the future!! Fantastic company!!

These guys were amazing! Our furnace had stopped pumping air in the middle of winter. They made us a priority and came thru right away. I sternly diagnosed what the issue was, provided an amazing reasonable quote, and then proceeded to go get the part and show us exactly where and why the issue occurred. More yet they identified a leak and fixed it that was causing the issue in the first place. This was something we’ve had other people come out and claim to have fixed but clearly not as the leak continued and had cause this to blow. 100% would go back to these guys for any an all of my furnace and plumbing needs!
